Kim Kardashian gave birth to a baby girl at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles today!!!
According to E! News Kanye was right by Kim's side during the delivery. This is the first child for the 32-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and her boyfriend Kanye West, who announced they're expecting a baby girl just a couple of weeks ago.
