Delectable Nollywood actress, Mina Horsfall has joined the cast of
Tinsel, the MNet TV series. The beauty queen and star of many flicks has
also acquired a new Mitsubishi Endeavour jeep to multiply her joy.
According to the interview she had with Encomium magazine on Friday,
November 7, 2013,Mina said, she is honoured to be part of the popular
series. “It’s super amazing. It feels really great to see the opportunity I
have been dying for. I feel blessed and lucky. The cast and crew of
Tinsel are so cool, friendly and accommodating. They are professionals. “I pray they record even more success with me on board.”
Asked how she got to know about Tinsel’s casting, Mina said she was
auditioned two years ago but luckily got a call from them last week. Also opening up on her latest car, Mina Horsfall said, it is the
beginning of new things to come to her. According to the popular
Nollywood star, she bought her first car in 2005, but unfortunately lost
it.
Mina also explained why it took her about eight years to replace the Datsun car she bought back then.
“I was spending more money on more important things. But now,
spending between N10,000 and N12,000 daily on car hire has been
alarming. Because it no longer makes economic sense, I had to buy
another one. This is a necessity rather than a luxury. So, for me, it’s
coming at the right time.”
Mina’s new ride, which she brought in from the States, early last week cost her N2.5 million.
