Deanna Gines wants $25,000 minimum, she says in court papers. Gines' story is suspect at best. She claims he shoved her to the ground last month at Heat Ultra Lounge in Orange County, causing knee ligament damage.
Chris denied the claim, as did the club owner, and photos showed her walking around fine on the "injured" leg. She also said she wanted an apology - that's it.
So much for that. Now Deanna's unabashedly suing Brown as well as the nightclub for battery, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Makes Rihanna's Instagram dig at him seem tame....
